Can I wear any bra with Strapilicious straps?
Strapilicious straps are to be worn with a strapless or convertible bra, both of which can be found at most fine department stores. You can also find a large selection online, a great resource is Nextag.
Are they comfortable to wear?
Yes Strapilicious straps are very comfortable to wear. Keep in mind they are jewelry for your bra, lingerie, swimwear and apparel. You will want to make sure that when adjusting them to your desired tightness and lift you leave enough room to move freely, without putting any added pressure on the strap.
Do all Strapilicious straps come with the matching connecting hooks?
All Strapilicious straps come with a pair of connecting hooks used for adjustment. We also do offer the connecting hooks for sale separately in the event they are lost or damaged as a replacement.
Are Strapilicious straps adjustable?
Strapilicious straps are adjustable, and can be adjusted from 14"-20" in length. We would advise that you not cut or remove any any of the excess adjustment chain, simply tuck it in to the backside of your bra. It's very comfortable and you won't notice a thing!
How do I determine my desired length?
Your desired length is determined by putting on your strapless or convertible bra with the straps your bra came with. Adjust the straps to a comfortable length and measure from the very tip of one end of the strap to the tip of the other. Do not remove your straps while measuring. Strapless bras and convertible bras require different strap lengths. You must take your measurement with the bra you intend to wear.

How strong are Strapilicious straps?
Strapilicious interchangeable straps are very sturdy. They are meant to be worn in place of your regular elastic or plastic strap. While they do offer a great deal of support, they are still jewelery for your shoulders.
What if my straps break?
Strapilicious! straps are sturdy and well-made, however they are jewelry for your shoulders and can be damaged or broken if care is not taken. If your strap breaks, please return both straps including ALL of the materials from the broken strap, and we will gladly exchange them, plus the cost of postage, for the same set.
